Our responsibilities include auditing software, reverse engineering patches, and developing tools that automate the discovery of vulnerabilities. Security issues discovered through our research are handled according to the TippingPoint Disclosure Policy.Issues which have been disclosed to the vendor and are currently awaiting a patch release are listed on the upcoming advisories page. Issues which have been publicly disclosed are listed on the published advisories page. In addition to the internal research we conduct at our Austin Texas headquarters, TippingPoint uncovers a large quantity of high-severity security issues through our extended research network under the Zero Day Initiative.
